The prestressed SPIROLL floor slabs system, that are produced by “PREFABET-BIAŁE BŁOTA” S.A., include floor slabs of commercial designations such as: SP, SPN and SPS. Due to their high quality, quick production process and a wide range of open- space facilities designs, we can observe the  wide application scope of SPIROLL floor slabs on the Polish and EU markets.

We offer floor slabs with a thickness of 12, 15, 20, 25, 26.5, 30, 32, 35, 40 and 50 cm and the span of  21 m. The production capacity reaches 1080 m2 a day, which is a big advantage of our company.

The prestressed concrete hollowcore slabs are produced on 117m long and 120cm wide tracks. Their profiled edges provide the appropriate shear load transmission between the adjacent components. When applied in facilities of the irregular shape, the slabs can be undercut across or along – according to the instructions included in the Handbook-guide for Engineers.

SPIROLL floor slabs are widely used in different volume facilities mainly owing to 60 and 120 min fire resistance. When designing facilities with prestressed SPIROLL floor slabs it should be remembered that these elements act as single-span beams. Due to being prestressed they have a reverse bend deflection. After having the buckles concreted and keeping all design and assembly requirements, the use of SPIROLL floor slabs provides the shield transferring the lateral loads.
