Prefabricated foundation footings/bases are produced as “tulip bases” and block footings or stepped cross-section elements.
Tulip base footings have tulip bases for assembling the prefabricated column, whereas block footings are equipped with the reinforcement rebars or screw rebars. These elements join the prefabricated column with the base/footing.

The use of the above mentioned prefabricated elements enables the precise mounting of columns without any additional monolithic actions. The dimensions of particular elements depend on the static requirements of the construction. The prefabricated elements are also a perfect support during the foundation mounting between particular columns.

The use of prefabricated foundation bases/footings shortens the construction period. It also permits construction works at low temperatures. 
Depending on ground conditions, the use of “foot columns” is also possible. Foot columns are two elements connected in one prefabricated unit (the column and the base/foot joined together) .
